Wrecking Room Studio

The Wrecking Room studio is a unique recording studio set in beautiful Lyons, Colorado - home to many artists, musicians and outdoor enthusiasts. The open floor plan emphasizes high ceilings, rustic walls and natural lighting. The 48-input studio was built from the ground up and features an assortment of top-of-the line outboard gear, microphones, beautiful rooms and a video capture system. The studio is located on the soothing St. Vrain river only two blocks from downtown with an array of coffee shops and restaurants.

Since 2000 Brian has been one of the pioneers in online drum recordings. Drumoverdubs has clients worldwide and has been featured in national commercials and feature film trailers.
Now clients have access to a world class drum room (built from the ground up 2018) complete with vintage drum kits, video capture, and a large array of microphones and micing techniques to give them many choices when it comes time to mix. Brian McRae on Drums

Brian is a professional studio drummer and recording and mixing engineer. Immersing himself in the music program while earning a BA in Business from University of North Texas, Brian has toured and recorded with artists ranging from Rob Drabkin, Mindy Smith, Katie Herzig, Sherri Jackson, Sally Taylor, Freddy Jones Band, Kyle Hollingsworth (String Cheese Incident), William Topley, John Fishell, Kip Winger, Reb Beech and the Colorado Symphony to Broadway veteran Susan Draus’s Reunion and Beth Malone Musicals.
